I notice I did not have the clip on hook that also is supposed to come with it . I am not able to connect to the app at all to utilize the features . I noticed that when I do the tutorials online the speaker can’t even do a hard reset to try and reconnect the device to the app. Since there are no returns have to take it as a loss and just get one straight from JBL
