My issue is that the unit was poorly packaged and arrived broken. The Ultimate Chopper blade and chopper area is covered with a dome that has to be used or the unit will not turn on. The Clear plastic dome (is cracked in to significand sections between 3 and 4.5 inches apart and extend the full height of the sides and include the contact "arm" to turn on the unit
