Item arrived damaged - Santa face unglued and falling off, music box hardware hanging freely outside of the item’s casing but backing well taped closed?? The string did not pull, made zero sound. Seller claimed it did not ship that way. Gave the seller a chance to address b4 leaving feedback, response was denial and slow. 👎🏻
