    Item not described correctly. Many cds were damaged before postage and some got damaged during postage due to very inadequate packaging. I lost aproximatelly 20% of the value i bought due to packaging and due to seller not informing that there are damaged cds and cases included. when i asked for partial refund from the seller providing many pictures, he refused and only wanted the package returned to him so that he could claim refund. I would loose time, product and import taxes, so i refused.

    Nothing was damaged before postage, i even offered collection in person on the advert, would i if all broken?The fairest resolve was to offer a full refund and cover return postage, which i did immediately and i would claim for the damaged items, its clear by the photo provided the box had been opened in transit, the buyer refused and insisted on a discount which i wasn't keen to do as it was not my fault. I wouldnt recomend selling to this buyer as he lives in Greece and its common for damage
