      Was sent a broken charger with a bent pin which "happened in transit" and was then expected to contact Royal Mail for a refund of the charger even though this is the sellers responsibility. The steam deck was faulty from day 1, inconsistently turning on. On closer inspection it seems like it was a bad repair. I then opened a return which only got processed days after delivery after I had to ask eBay to step in.

      Buyer claimed the charger does not work, so I sent the 15 pound refund as asked to replace it. Weeks later, made a fraudulent return request, when the item in question worked fine on arrival back to me. it came it horrible condition in regards to packaging, which induced further cost for me when it comes to a resale. I was still going to offer a refund anyway, but ebay's payment system let me down, and would fail to send a verification notification to either of my banks, resulting in failed pay.
