UK tracked 24 product not delivered for over 10 days and not chased with RM, messages not responded to or the responded messages are non-answers, and no eagerness to meet the buyer's urgency to resolve the delivery or comm issues. I've given up trying to reach out but will not cede until I recieve my refund. I see that some of the other buyers have had better experiences with this seller, but that hasn't been the case with me in any degree. The item was sent using a tracked service, but unfortunately, it appears to have been lost by Royal Mail. You initially opened a return request but later closed it. In order for us to process a refund, we kindly ask that you open an Item Not Received case through eBay. Once the case is opened, we will be able to issue a refund for the amount paid. Please note that, packages can occasionally get lost in transit.
