      When I received this Keurig it was well packaged, but the unit was completely soaked inside and out from water rendering it useless due to the water being inside where the control board sits and the display was damaged from the water as well. I reached out to the seller and voiced my concern, and the seller promptly sent another replacement unit. The replacement works as designed and with no damage at all!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS SELLER!! Excellent customer service!
