They obviously never reached out to Spark Surplus to have their issues resolved. Or, they just shot from the hip and left negative feedback before even trying to contact them. My experience has been that they will bend over backwards to resolve any issues. Worst case, they will take the part back ON THEIR DIME and refund your entire purchase! Note that I am just a customer. I have no other relation with Spark Surplus.
