This seller sent what appeared to be a fake ‘Official Pokemon Release’ statement requesting that all sellers had to mark these items as ‘Delivered’ as a test, even before the pre-order was shipped. I immediately requested a refund. When I looked at the listing, it stated ‘This listing has been removed for a policy violation’. After I provided feedback, seller sent multiple messages threatening to sue me.Reply from: assebbi-38- Feedback replied by seller assebbi-38.- Feedback replied by seller assebbi-38.Your actions demonstrate a complete lack of morality. Making false and misleading public statements about my advertisement constitutes defamation under U.S. law, including but not limited to civil libel and trade libel laws. I will seek full damages for the harm done to my reputation and business. All necessary evidence has been preserved.
