Contacted the seller, but time restrictions meant that I couldn't go through the inconvenience of returning the item, so I requested a partial refund. I sent the seller photos of the damaged rubber, but they seemed more interested in accusing me of scamming them and worming their way out of liability. So don't expect any customer courtesy from this seller. We're all out to rip them off apparently.
