I even took it to a repair shop, but they confirmed it’s beyond repair. The seller has shown no concern for the situation and simply suggested I return the item. However, the return policy states the item must be in working condition, which it clearly isn’t. I’m worried that if I send it back, I won’t receive a refund and will lose both the watch and my money. Avoid!!!
