We didn’t realise that was extra, (that was our fault) but it cost us £62. Then DHL sent a message saying we weren’t home at time of delivery and had left us a card telling us what to do next. The problem was we were in and with a dog that barks at people knocking at the door but he didn’t., and there was no card. After phoning DHL we were able to collect it later.
