However, the windows 11 is something that I have to get used to. I don't like the free version of office as it doesn't let me save my documents. I use word and excel a lot. However good quality and I would say is a good value for the money spent. In total it has been a good experience with the supplier. I will surely do more business with them in the future.

Item appearance nice and clean, seems to be working great. Was replacing an older laptop that was running Windows 7, all my programs are operating as needed on this machine. I believe this a really good machine, and great value.
