Then, an XS can be too small. This wasn’t. The company was sold to Lily Pulitzer & styles have changed for the worse & sizing is even bigger. Even though Seller couldn’t measure it immediately because it was in storage , I took a chance because the sleeve length was perfect, the price was right and Seller offered returns.
