- 7***y (7)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseThe seller contacted me stating that I gave her a negative feedback because I did not put a tracking number on my return so she would not process refund.The tracking number remained the same.She has received the package and she knows the number is the same since she sent it on 6/24.I never touched the package! PO returned refused because of visible damage!I talked with Cory at eBay 7/23 & they checked the tracking history & are issuing refund on their end. eBay, I would like this saga to end! I sent her package, PO lagged on her delivery, box arrived damaged so w/o opening she refuses package. I called eBay let know the situation and what I should do. I was told buyer needed to follow return policy & get new label to provide tracking number 4eBay so the return would go through. I received package ,not in same condition as I sent out. I went to proceed with the return but eBay wouldn't let it go through without her adding a new tracking return label
