I received a response from the seller in ebay messages that the order was canceled and I would receive a refund within 3 days. They then responded to ebay that they are refusing cancellation because its too late? Ultimately I filed an item not received case and finally received a refund. The book was never shipped and was not relisted. I doubt they ever had it.
