The seller took 10 days 'to dispatch' and it was eventually recorded as delivered - However nothing was received. I informed the seller who insisted it was sent to my delivery address but refused to provide the postage label to verify. After a lot of stress and investigation the postal office helped provide scans of the parcel which showed a different address (looks to be their own!). With this evidence, they quickly refunded me. Be very careful with this seller.
