It had power from the batteries and sent a signal to the circuit board but nothing would make the motor work. I contacted the seller, explained the problem, but he did not respond back. eBay says that sellers try their best to help but this seller won't even respond! With shipping fee and tax this non-functioning device cost me more than $86. What a waste of my money.
