They are authentic OEM items, and they now sit on the shelf at my bakery holding my 2 mixers. Really appreciate the immediate communication, and willingness to make the best deal for us both.

As a result I ended up with a motor with broken brushes and brush holder. Used the old brush holder to get round the problem and now waiting for the seller ti send me a pair of brushes and brush frame. Whose fault is it, manufacturer, supplier or courier company(UPS)?
