    Item described as "new with defects." The handbag is used with a lot of dirt in handles, top of the handbag and bottom. Clearly these are not "defects." They are the result of use, and careless handle of the handbag. Seller does not respond to messages. Seller lies about the condition of the items listed in his/her eBay site. I do not recommend buying from this seller. Cannot be trusted. Professional cleaning will cost me $75 and there is no assurance that all the dirt marks can be removed.

    I'm very happy with the condition of the item! The bag was scratched in multiple places (visible in the original photos) and had some residue that was not obvious from photos. However, after cleaning the bag and conditioning it, the marks are practically invisible and all of the residue is gone. The leather is buttery soft — so luxurious! The seller also shipped the item immediately after I purchased, which was appreciated. Overall, a fantastic experience!
