The seller took no care at all simply wrap the clubs and cardboard and packing tape no protection to the clubs when confronted he said their golf clubs. Item was poorly packed given its weight, size, and category of item - no bubble packing, just paper. Remote was permanently damaged physically and operationally as it was not protected in the box. Response from seller after communication with pictures was indifference and lack of concern - no resolution offered or responded to.
