      Item was too big so I returned it . The return process was simple however the return was 48 hour tracking Posted it Saturday and it was still shown on tracking as sitting in the mail centre for 4 days clearly not been delivered. Contacted royal mail after negative response from Debenhams on what apps and messanger only getting a response from them emailing through ebay. It was a battle to be listened to and a refund. Reluctant to order anything else just in case it happens again

      Fast Delivery Love the colour and the style.. Have another style which i would likd to purchase A++ Despite the positive feedback given I am still waiting for a refund as the other one was too big and returned. The refund is over due and the refund policy in the listing does not reflect what they said on chat.. unfortunately the customer service experience today marred the overall experience with dismissive attitude and silence. Still waiting for my refund and no appology
