Buyer said USPS said it was delivered but it was not. We spent hours on this. Gave instructions to contact his local post office to have them use their carrier's gps to locate the package. He keep responding that we chose the carrier so it was our problem. We completed USPS form multiple times and called but USPS requires the recipient to make the report. He was totally uncooperative. The book was unread, uncreased spine with original dust cover with no creases or folds.
