The package arrived beat to all heck and open with dirt falling out of the box.Plant arrived in a ripped shipping bag with no protection, not a plastic pot, not even a stick to to protect the plant. This would have fared better if plant was shipped in a wet paper towel than w/ all the dirt crushing it. Actual plant may be about 8-10" not 12-24" like the ad stated. All of our plant packaging is secure with organic hemp plastic , hemp paper , and tape for max protection. This person plant was hurt during transit and not from me. I have also replaced this client with a new tree. The tree is indeed 6-24inches like it says.
