    Item received as shown, and brand new. However, item took longer than expected to arrive (4 days past max delivery date shown). Seller replied after two messages asking where our parcel was. We wouldn’t mind waiting if contact was made stating there was a delay, along with a brief explanation. Therefore “Neutral” experience given.     Hello Roasty1979 Thanks for the review, they all count. Regarding the messages we did not reply too, the first was out of working hours, the 2nd message you sent the next day at 13:55hrs was replied to at 14:01hrs, 6 minutes later, where we answered both mesagges. The order was placed out of hrs on 18 aug, we processed the order on 19th. As we were over a bank holiday we upgraded the delivery to speed it up, the was delivered friday 29th on the 8th working day. We hope you like the product.
