    Verified purchase
    Seller made a ticket for shipment with FedEx. I got a payment request for customs and taxes from FedEx and payed. But seller decided to use Japanese post for shipment. Parcel arrived in my country and I have to pay import taxes and customs AGAIN. Try to contact FedEx but the seller has to cancel the ticket to get my money back. In the meantime NO communication from the seller! And parcel in limbo in customs!!!
