    Horrific communication. Has been 14 days and all I’ve gotten is a tracking number and my item was never actually shipped. I’ve reached out 4 times over multiple days to try and not be annoying, but I’ve never gotten a response one time. Has never shipped the item, has never responded to any of my messages, and won’t even respond to eBay to try and get my money back. Sellers like this should not be allowed on eBay and give eBay a bad wrap.

    Well first the seller reached out and told me the lamp wasn’t going to make it in a timely manner and asked if I wanted to cancel, so I did. The next day he messaged to tell me the shipment went out anyway so would I buy it discounted. I had already replaced it with another purchase but I felt bad so I re bought the lamp. The shipper then put my address wrong on the package so now I can’t get the lamp and shipped it with the wrong service. It clearly said USPS and they shipped DHL. Not happy.
