I received no shipment updates outside of the EBAY app. They had my money for 9 days before the item was shipped. If they want to go to the USPS once a week that is fine however they need to do a better job letting their customers know of the ship date. Until the order was shipped I had no way of knowing if I would actually receive my item. In any case I did receive it and it was as advertised.
