I asked the seller about this problem and for a refund, like all buyers do but the seller said that they can not do that. I just wasted $20 on a broken MSATA SSD. Oh well, all what I can say is that I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS SELLER AT ALL, as if the item has a problem the seller WILL NOT HELP YOU AT ALL! My advice is to buy from a better seller.Reply from: sargemark- Feedback replied by seller sargemark.- Feedback replied by seller sargemark.A full refund was offered, along with a pre-paid shipping label, to return the item. Buyer said it could not be returned as the defective product was lost/misplaced/thrown out. Pictures of hard disk errors were supplied by buyer, but serial #'s and model #'s were covered up in photos, making verification impossible. We don't refund items unless they are returned.
