However the saddle arrived and the saddle looks like new. No marks or rubs of any kind. Doesn't look like it has ever been mounted on a bike. Great packaging. Very happy with this purchase.

However, it turned out to be defective and was returned to seller who issued a full refund. I'm sad that the DVD did not work, but I'm very satisfied with the seller's A+ handling of this issue. He is not at fault since the DVD box was factory sealed and the disc itself looked pristine.
