It came with a broken buckle that attaches the bag to the bike and they forgot to grommet the four straps (2 per bag) to the saddlebags. When I contacted them they just pretended they did not understand what was wrong after I described the issue and sent clear pictures. Plus the first rain they were in the kids turned into a kettle cooked potato chip. They tried to continue the conversation until the return window would close.
