The polish itself was exactly what I ordered. However, probably due to age and time in storage, some of the pigments have clumped together in very tiny chunks, almost the size of reflective glitter pigments. I can't seem to get them to dissolve with hand mixing and am not optimistic that a shaker will fix it either.
