However, the customer suddenly returned it. What's more, they didn't follow our instructions and sent it using an expensive delivery company. Furthermore, I told them that we cannot cover the shipping costs for returns due to customer reasons. I am truly sorry, but this selfish behavior is completely unacceptable.
