    Totally accurate description of interaction. Wrong Item sent (totally different make and model of Modem without power supply), when I sent pictures Seller acknowledged that he sent wrong item. When I clarified that the power supply would be sent with the correct item, he told me No, I would have to pay more to have the power supply . Item was not described as a unit without a power supply so it wouldn t work unless you purchased an additional power supply. I stand by my review of seller! Fraud

    What I had listed was a used modem. As I told you the cord would have to be purchased separately and when you requested a refund I sent it to you. I’m not sure what else I could have done differently. Please take time to read the descriptions of what you are purchasing . Thank you
