      The packing was done nicely. But that's about the only positive thing I can say. The sweater had a lot of pilling and is super fuzzy all over. It is as though the fibers have been compromised. It also had a very weird smell when I opened the package and it still lingered even after days of being hung up. I am going to get it professionally clean and hopes this will help the situation. Unfortunately for me returning things is just a pain.
