Seller apologized-said she was dealing with "PROBATE ISSUES & COURT" & promised to ship the next day but failed (shipping label was never created). I had eBay step in and cancel the sale, TWELVE DAYS waiting for seller to ship was far too long & seller should have contacted me not wait for me to contact her. I received a full refund. ▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄█▓▒░Don't sell if you can't ship!▀▄▀▄▀▄▀▄█▓▒░Reply from: annsclosetandotherstuff- Feedback replied by seller annsclosetandotherstuff.- Feedback replied by seller annsclosetandotherstuff.Shipping label was created and seller was going to ship the next day but buyer instead opened an “item not received” claim and seller refunded. Seller is back to full time operation of business. Seller has a “motion for summary judgement” hearing on 9-11-25 which is unopposed so hopefully summary judgement is going to end the case and get the estate property properly distributed. Seller is going to use this feedback as a court exhibit to show damages in a filing this week.Follow-up from: u***e- Feedback followed up by buyer.- Feedback followed up by buyer.You were going to ship next day? After 12 days? That's unacceptable & untrue you never did ship. That's why I filed a case. You claim you were too busy to ship but it's your responsibility to honor all your commitments after a sale. Next time close your eBay/store - communicate delays with buyers - respect your buyer's time & never resort to making excuses. It's that simple. We're all in this together- life is not all about you but no one would know it by reading your self-centered comments.
