I initate a return and send back the item, I saw that the seller received the item and the refund would arrive soon. I was very busy and did not heck ebay for some time, when I did the case was closed and I was only part refunded. I am trying to contact eBay as I need all my money as this is a scam. THIS SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. THE SELLER SHOULD BE BANNED FROM EBAY.
