The package arrived with a nice little written note. Unfortunately the shade arrived with a large dent and cracks in it from the metal base shifting around during shipping. The packaging was sturdy, but nothing rigid was between the base and shade. Overall it is not a dealbreaker, but I am disappointed to have paid $75. I will have to repair the shade before it is usable.
