The box was significantly damaged and caused major concern for damage to the item. I was dumbfounded that they would ship it this way. I don’t even know how the item made it unscathed and unstolen. Product works, was brand new. But 0/10 for shipping prep and care…

Condition was great, no damages in shipping. Chassis looks like clean and awesome once racked! It was a bit expensive though, but get what you pay for I suppose.
