The problem was that after the confirmation, a shipping label was made but the item was not shipped. It was not shipped until I contacted the seller after the expected delivery date. When the item arrived, the package was in perfect condition. Upon installation of the shocks, they improved the appearance of my truck. They further have improved handling. This product is worth it.
