Then shipped it as agreed & it arrived. This Spot Monitor was sold as "seller refurbished". Ebay says that is "clean, functional and in excellent condition". I received an un-clean (hospital dirty - know what I mean), well used stand with some broken parts & a repainted base wrapped in plastic before it was dry. I spent an hour cleaning it up.
