After receiving the figure (shipping box did NOT had any damage whatsoever) the figure was not in “Pristine” condition; after reaching out to the seller for a return, yes they agreed to accept the return but they proceeded to tell me that if I was an in box collector then “I should just buy locally” so I could pick the condition of myself. Very rude IMO

My item was damaged in shipping, it was smashed and the bag was stuck to the package causing damage. As a collector this is unacceptable. Seller has a listing for 5 more of the exact item but has increased the price significantly and refused to send a replacement. Seller argued saying they didn't have anymore to send a replacement. I will never buy from again. Talking to the seller is useless.
