    I did not receive the item. Though the portal says the item is delivered on 22/01/2025, I did not receive the item. The delivery was scheduled for 15/01/2025. However the shipment started only on 14/01/2025 and even after contestant communication with the seller I was unable to get a clearcut picture of the shipment status and today the portal say it is delivered , without physical delivery of the product
