Only downside was that it didn't come in the box (I personally like to keep the boxes for the art and just incase i need to move). Overall I had a great experience, and my statue looks fantastic!

They were very responsive when I had an issue with my purchase, and they replaced the figure when it wasn’t meeting the description. That being said, quality wise, I don’t find this to be a good deal. For the price, I was expecting something quite different based on past experience, but the figure is very difficult to put together and is prone to falling apart. Again, the seller is kind, but I wouldn’t purchase from them again.
