UK tracked 24 product not delivered for over 10 days and not chased with RM, messages not responded to or the responded messages are non-answers, and no eagerness to meet the buyer's urgency to resolve the delivery or comm issues. I've given up trying to reach out but will not cede until I recieve my refund. I see that some of the other buyers have had better experiences with this seller, but that hasn't been the case with me in any degree.
