    Received goods damaged. Tried contacting UPS myself. UPS said “The sender has restricted claims for this package. Please reach out to them directly for assistance.” Reached out to seller for help and all I got was, “No I can't help you, and I don't accept returns.” Now I’m stuck with damaged goods, in a mangled box, I’m out my money, and seller doesn’t care to help because they already got paid.

    It is not my fault that the item was damaged in delivery, I have absolutely no control of that, but I immediately accepted a return of the item, and gave the buyer a full refund, yet the buyer still gave me negative feedback, I would never deal with this buyer again, do not trust this buyer he is a liar, just look at all my other feedback it is the exact opposite of what this buyer is saying about my service.

    Seller did NOT “immediately accept refund.” I simply requested seller file a claim with UPS. I have a screenshot of seller, and I quote, “No I can’t help you, and I don’t accept returns.” After contacting EBay and leaving a negative review, seller FINALLY issued a refund after refusing. Immediately following, seller promptly reaches out, “I accepted a return I sent you a shipping label, you should remove the negative feedback.” Seller ONLY refunded so people don’t know shady practices.
