The parcel arrived and my wife was presented with a £10 surcharge for having the wrong postage charge. I contacted the seller, who offered to reimburse the charge and a partial refund for inconvenience. Twice I’ve chased this up, both ignored. They are scammers. Read their reviews… many broken useless junk sold as working. They’re a disgrace to the community.
