After disassembling them, I managed to revive them and then fully charge them with the factory charger. They probably sat for a long time and were completely discharged. The BMS is good, unfortunately the cells slowly release voltage. I recommend it to everyone who has some experience with lithium batteries. Better than I expected. I am completely satisfied.
