This was definitely my biggest concern when I saw "no returns" but decided to take the risk anyways. Now I'm regretting not spending the extra $80 and just buying it from Amazon. I've sent an email to the manufacturer but since it was bought third party, I doubt they'll do anything. To be fair, I've seen other reviews online about the same issue I'm having and the solution was new batteries. I'll try that out and see but so far I'm not happy

The shipping was fast. It was packaged well in a big box even though it’s a small watch and bracelet. The dust bag it came with was an added pleasant surprise. I’m not sure if the watch works. It’s supposed to be new but it’s not keeping time. We’ll have to pay extra to get the battery changed and see if it works. Otherwise item is as described.
