The stained glass arrived broken due to the post office not handling it with care The seller went above and beyond to get the refund process started and filing a claim with the post office. They worked quite a few hours to get this all accomplished and we're in constant communication that put my mind at ease. I am so sad the item arrived broken because it was beautiful.
